A new 900 million NIS building project to bring a premium hotel brand to Israel. Brought in at the last minute following the collapse of a contractor and key product suppliers, LCS provided the experience and know-how to install intelligent building controls throughout the hotel.

Part 1: Room management (Inncom)

Predefined comfort settings for lighting and air-conditioning can be pre-activated and changed for different users of a room. With iPads in each room, guests control every setting remotely — wherever they are in the hotel.

By connecting the door-lock system and linking the HMI directly to the hotel’s Fidelio software, the hotel creates different lighting and HVAC entrance settings for guests and staff — improving comfort while saving energy.

Part 2: Building management

LCS oversaw the design and installation of automation and control for core building functions: electricity, water, HVAC, and fire and smoke systems — with centralised and remote monitoring, advance warning of faults, and systems that react to the needs of the hotel and its guests. Easy to maintain, cost-efficient, with a short payback period.

A total building solution

One integrated system oversees the whole building’s infrastructure: building management (BMS), air-conditioning, electricity and energy, water and plumbing, alongside lighting and room control.
